A LETTER TO OUR COMMUNITY

Dear Ore House Friends & Family,

Reflecting on the year behind us, there is a great deal to think about. As the longest standing restaurant in the community, we have seen many years pass by, none quite like the last. The roller coaster of operating a small independent restaurant was one with so many twists and turns, it left us standing up from the cart feeling a little dizzy. 

We still envision our restaurant being a warm place to provide a beautiful dining experience to each person walking through our doors. We understand the cabin fever and wishing to enjoy a meal in a restaurant and we commiserate, we miss you too. With the world being how uncertain it is, we have made a conscientious decision to remain patient and wait for the right time where we feel we can truly provide a memorable in house dining experience for our guests again.

We deeply appreciate the outpouring of support from our community, our hearts melt with every kind word. Your continued support allows us to not only stay in business and keep our team employed, it gives us the opportunity to continue navigating the unique challenges of this pandemic in a way that is best for the health of our team and community.

We will continue to operate with the highest health and safety standards. We promise that the same level of care and attention to detail that you have become accustomed to when sitting in our dining room will be placed into every to-go meal and take-home kit that we hand to you curb-side. We are excited to continue focusing our efforts on creating unique and memorable at home dining experiences to help celebrate the good times that are still abundant.

Until the time comes that opening our dining room is something we believe that the community truly needs again, we will be here smiling and ready to prepare dinner for you and your family!
