After moving to Durango to race on the Fort Lewis College cycling team, Ryan Cleveland brought his Los Angeles-savvy to the Ore House. He quickly moved from busboy to bar manager, showcasing his talent and passion for fine, innovative cocktails crafted from fresh, local ingredients.
As a Certified Cicerone, Ryan takes pride in his ever-evolving knowledge of beer, wine and spirits, conducting educational seminars for his staff. He loves experimenting with whatever produce or spice is in season, happily presenting an exciting array of libations for both adventurous and classic palates.
Beyond mixing a divine cocktail, Ryan enjoys serving up quality customer service. When he's not at the restaurant, he's probably off exploring the trails around Durango on his bike, playing hockey, fishing or working on his backswing.
